About Me: My role (E.J. Dorsainvil, MBA) Founder and Managing Principal of The AGRICOLA Company LLC sits at the intersection of cultural preservation, engineering, and food justice. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in Biological Science from Florida State University, as well as an MBA from Louisiana State University. As a Principal Architect of Heritage Agricultural Systems my focus is on Creole Seed Sovereignty and Indigenous Infrastructure with lead projects that protect biodiversity while building physically and economically resilient communities. The firm’s work spans agricultural policy advising, GIS mapping, environmental consulting, farm management, and community food systems, with an emphasis on Haitian and Caribbean food sovereignty. The company also publishes research and writing on Haitian agricultural heritage.

Philosophy:
We do not sell hours.
We architect systems.
Our pricing is value-based and impact-aligned.
We price according to:
- Institutional scale
- Risk mitigation impact
- System redesign complexity
- Long-term savings generated
We do not underprice to gain approval.
We do not overcharge to exploit urgency.
Fair exchange is structural justice.
Closing Declaration:
We are not consultants alone.
We are architects of provision systems.
We design for famine prevention before a crisis.
We design for resilience before collapse.
We design for dignity before distribution.
We accept aligned abundance.
We reject exploitative gain.
We build what feeds people — and protects tomorrow.
This is our charter.
This is our doctrine.
This is our stewardship.
